If I have lasik eye surgery and try to have a baby in a year will my child still have bad eyesight?

Im planning on having lasik eye surgery because my eyes cant see far away very well. If I decide on having a child in about a year after the surgery will his/ her eye sight be as bad as mine was or will it be good. If this helps my husband has decent eyesight ( doesnt wear glasses).

    i want to have lasik laser eye surgery done, has anyone done it? does it hurt? is it scary? is it worth the money? has anyone heard of anyone going blind or any other bad side effects? is it true that after it is done, you do go blind for a couple of hours before your eye sight comes back? does it feel like there is sand in your eyes for a few days after the surgery? please inform if you have any info. i am seriously thinking of doing this. thanks.

      what should be the reason for doing it and for not doing it? i want to do it because i am kind of blind (but won’t get any worse, most likely), 18 (old enough), and spending money on contacts and glasses. i don’t really like wearing glasses because they bother my nose (all glasses do that) and are prone to getting knocked off when playing sports. also, they get wet in the rain. i just feel more free with contacts but in the long run getting surgery will save money and i wouldn’t have to worry about the harms contacts can do to my eyes. i wore contacts for two years and finally they are doing good to my eyes. but is the surgery risky and worth it? has it become safer over the years? i just don’t want to loose my eye sight or make it worse.

          well here the thing. i have glasses and am annoyed with them. i am considering laser eye surgery to improve my eye sight but the one question that keeps bothering me is that if it is really safe and 100% full proof then why don’t celebrities and other famous people like politicians, sports men ,etc still wear glasses??

            is getting laser or lasik surgery a good idea for small eyes? i’m chinese i have very bad eye sight and small eyes.
            how old do i have to be to get this surgery?

            *my eyes blink so much that it is difficult to get contacts in and out, it would take hours. so i just wear thick glasses=(
            can my eyes get worst after the surgery?
            what are the chances of blindness?

              I am 20 years old and my vision is -2.75 in both eyes, i’m wearing contact lenses right now. I was wondering if it would be possible for me to get leser eye surgery righ now.

              If yes, how long would it last before it deteriorates. I ask this because I heard that after ten years you can loose your eye sight.

              Can someone please tell me if i can get the procedure right now and how long it would last?

                I am seriously thinking of getting it as I have bad eye sight and especially at a young age.
                I was told I have the same vision as someone who is 50 when I’m 22.
                Can anyone tell me what their experience was like with lasik eye surgery if it hurt
                how long it took, how much it was etc?
