Has anybody had the laser eye surgery done at LASIK Vision Institute in Rancho Cordova?
I went for a consultation a few weeks ago and the office seemed very clean and everyone was very nice and very thorough with the explanations and so i have an appt for Thursday and im very nervous, has anyone gone here before? i read somethings about scams and bad service but those were mostly in Florida and some other states but i couldn’t find anyone who had it done i this specific location. or any info or experiences about this specific clinic? Please! i am scared now…

Opinions on Lasik eye surgery?
I’ve been considering Lasik eye surgery for years. At one point I even had a consultation and appointment to have it done, but backed out. I would really like to consider it again, but I’d like to hear from people that have had it done or know people who have had the procedure.
I have astigmatism in only one eye, my prescription is like 2 something…if that information helps.
Oh, yes, the age factor. I’m currently 26.

Lasik eye surgery – am I able to do it?
Hi,
I’m wanting lasik eye surgery in Vancouver, and I’m wondering if it’s even worth going in for the consultation. (I have to take 1/2 day off work and drive 1 hr both ways. My eyes are -1.75 for near sighted (which I know falls within their range) but I have a stigmatism of -2.75, which I think may be too much. Does anyone know? Also, any bad experiences?

Laser eye surgery which company is best?
Hi
I went to Optical Express for a consultation and was quoted 3,000 for both eyes.
They suggested I should have Lasek treatment as my perscription is quite bad -8.50 in both eyes.
I just want to know if anyone has had laser eye surgery by Optical express and if they are any good?
or can anyone recommend any other companies that are really good?

I have a consultation with both places but if people had experience with either let me know about it.(pricing, customer service, if you still have 20/20, inconvenieces, went blind etc.) anything bad or good come out of it. Im very worried about the surgery.Thanks in advance!

Can I have LASIK eye surgery to correct vision problems caused by an eye injury?
When I was 12 years old I was hit in the eye by a wooden stick. It wasn’t a serious injury, but I had to wear a patch for about a week. I think something was scratched?? Now my vision is about 20/70 and really washed out in that eye.
Of course I will have consultations with a doctor before the procedure so if that is your answer don’t bother. I just want to know whether I’m wasting time even having a consultation. I’d like direction to a good source of information, too.

Laser Eye Surgery – How long do you have to stop wearing contacts before a consultation?ontact lenses?
I have hard contact lenses which I wear everyday, and have been doing so for the last 5/6 years, and I am considering gettting laser eye surgery. I know I would have to stop wearing my contacts for a few weeks before even going for a consultation but I can’t remember the exact time can anyone tell me how many weeks it is?
Also is it possible to wear soft contact lenses for a certain amount of weeks and then my glasses and then get the consultation done?
